Fernando Campoy Morga founded Laboratorio Boniquet in 1988 after 14 years of well-established professional career working as Industrial Manager in an International recognized Laboratory. The company took its first steps producing toothpastes and mouthwashes for the Pharmaceutical sector. Shortly, other business activities were joined like the manufacturing of low-calorie sweeteners but also the distribution of first aid products. From the very beginning, the company’s activity got focused in private label production and as time passed by its presence was strongly diversified amongst different distribution channels like pharmacies, retailers and wholesalers. Step by step, Laboratorio Boniquet becameone of the main international manufacturers of toothpastes and mouthwashes in private label, having the 20.000 m2factory located in Santa Perpetua de Mogoda (Barcelona) as headquarters. In 2001, The company also opened a factory in Mexico with the aim of expanding and consolidating its private label business in the American markets

In 2006, Laboratorios Sparchim was integrated to Laboratorio Boniquet, whose activity was also based to produce Cosmetics in private label. This lab located in Arganda del Rey (Madrid) centers its industrial activity to manufacture wet wipes, cosmetics and toiletries. It is then decided to found Grupo Boniquet Sparchim taking place the merge of 2 of the main European manufacturers on Cosmetics in private label.
Since the creation of Grupo Boniquet Sparchim till now, the company has consolidated its international activity into more than 40 countries, manufacturing more than 100 million units and being clearly focused on Research & development. This factempowers GBS to cope with a wide range of new projects as part of its growth strategy.
